AM-OSK-O/1R is a wrap-around knee orthosis designed to stabilize the joint after ligament injuries, sprains, dislocations and reconstructive or other orthopedic surgery. Two lightweight side splints provide controlled support, while adjustable hinges allow knee flexion and extension to be limited according to rehabilitation needs. The open construction makes the orthosis easier to position around the leg and is suitable for either knee.

• Adjustable range of motion
  The 1R single-axis hinges allow flexion and extension to be adjusted in 15° increments, helping control knee movement during different stages of rehabilitation.
• Stable X-shaped support system
  The two side splints are arranged in an X-shaped support system that follows the limb closely and helps provide precise stabilization of the knee joint.
• Lightweight reinforced splints
  The 1R splints are made from polyamide reinforced with carbon fibres, combining low weight with sufficient rigidity for controlled joint support.
• Adjustable compression
  Circumferential straps above and below the knee allow the level of compression to be adapted individually. The straps can also be reversed so that the buckle sits on either the inner or outer side of the leg.
• Easy wrap-around application
  The orthosis opens at the back, allowing it to be placed directly around the leg rather than pulled over the foot. During fitting, the hinges are aligned with the knee joint before the rear closures and circumferential straps are secured.
• Breathable AeroSpace™ material
  The lightweight 3D knitted fabric has an open structure that helps release perspiration and allows fresh air to reach the skin, reducing overheating during wear.
