SteelMan Travel is a strong, dependable transport wheelchair designed for users with temporary or long-term mobility difficulties. With a 120 kg maximum load capacity, it offers safe support for indoor and outdoor use. As a transport-type wheelchair without driving arcs, it is operated by an attendant using the push handles behind the backrest.
 

Key features & benefits:

• Comfortable seating & practical sizing
  A padded backrest (41 cm) and seat (42 cm depth) provide comfortable positioning for short and longer journeys. A round sticker on the armrest indicates the seat width (e.g. 48 = 48 cm) to help select the right size.
• Adjustable & supportive footrests
  Removable, side-swinging footrests can be height adjusted and include a heel support strap for added stability. For proper posture, the user’s knees should be bent at 90° when seated
• Durable wheel system
  Monolithic, non-inflatable rear wheels ensure low-maintenance durability. Wheel sizes: front 20 x 5 cm, rear 30 cm, providing smooth and stable movement on typical indoor and outdoor surfaces.
• Easy folding & transport-ready frame
  The metal cross-brace frame folds quickly for storage or transport. To fold, remove or lift the footrests and bring the sides together. Footrests should always be swung aside or lifted when transferring in or out of the wheelchair.
• Removable armrests for easy transfers
  Removable armrests facilitate side transfers and must be locked securely during use for safety.
• Safe parking brakes
  Parking brakes above the rear wheels are operated via a dedicated knob. Push away to engage and pull toward you to release. They are intended for safe transfers, not for speed control.
• Quality-tested & easy to maintain
  Each SteelMan Travel wheelchair is delivered fully assembled (except footrests) and factory tested for reliability. Maintenance includes storing in a dry, sun-protected place, periodic wet cleaning and using non-aggressive cleaning products. The wheelchair includes a 24-month warranty (excluding front and rear wheels).
