AM-SP-06 finger splint - Firm finger stabilization, adjustable fit & breathable comfort
AM-SP-06 is an orthopaedic finger splint designed to immobilize and stabilize the finger after fractures, dislocations and ligament injuries. It supports the PIP and DIP joints of fingers II–V as well as the interphalangeal joint of the thumb. Its compact construction combines a lightweight aluminum stay with soft, breathable material and adjustable straps for secure positioning during treatment and recovery.
Key features & benefits:
- Firm finger stabilization
The internal aluminum stay provides rigid support to help immobilize the affected finger and limit unwanted flexion or extension according to therapeutic requirements. - Adjustable aluminum stay
The lightweight stay can be individually shaped to achieve the required finger position and level of stabilization. Its rounded construction helps protect the surrounding material. - Breathable and flexible UniPren™ material
The soft three-layer material provides slight one-directional elasticity and therapeutic compression while remaining comfortable against the skin. - Adjustable finger fastening
Two circumferential hook-and-loop straps allow the splint to be adapted closely around the finger, including when the amount of swelling changes during recovery. - Simple application
The finger is placed directly onto the splint and secured using the two adjustable straps. The supplied fitting guide confirms this straightforward fastening method. - Universal design
One universal version can be used for either hand and is suitable for the thumb as well as fingers II–V.
AM-SP-06 provides compact and adjustable immobilization for reliable finger support during recovery from injuries and joint instability.
