KUBA anti-bedsore foam mattress - Zoned, breathable & pressure-relieving care

KUBA is a high-quality anti-bedsore mattress made from high-resilience foam (HR35) and designed for users at risk of pressure ulcers. Its special cube-cut surface and zoned construction for the head, torso and legs help reduce pressure on soft tissues, improve comfort and support healthier skin condition during prolonged lying.

• HR35 high-resilience foam with cube-cut profiling
  The foam is cut into small “cubes” and divided into functional sections. This design promotes micro-movements, reduces pressure peaks and supports better weight distribution for effective bedsore prevention.
• Improved airflow & moisture control
  Cut-outs between cubes ensure free air circulation, reducing heat and moisture accumulation between the skin and the lying surface. This helps keep the skin drier and less vulnerable to damage.
• Medical, fully enclosing cover
  Each mattress is supplied with an elastic medical cover that wraps all sides. This ensures excellent hygiene and long-term durability in demanding care environments.
  An U-shaped zipper on two sides makes removal and re-fitting easy.
• Disinfection-ready & temperature resistant
  Foam core tolerates 0 °C to +50 °C and can be disinfected in chambers at +105 °C for 15–20 minutes.
  Cover is autoclave-safe up to +120 °C, machine washable up to +95 °C and tumble-dryable up to +70 °C.
• Durable construction & natural material behaviour
  Due to the elastic nature of the foam, a 1 - 2 cm size deviation and slight softening in high-load areas are possible and are not considered defects. Each KUBA mattress is factory-checked to ensure consistent quality.
  For best performance, the mattress should be placed on a firm base with good ventilation, stored away from direct sunlight and moisture, and aired 4 - 6 times per year.
